Double-edged sword

Does this mean I am super powerful? I bet no one can tell if I am angry, sad, or depressed. My expression always looks the same.

It's not because I don't have any emotions. I am just a human, and ofc I can feel angry, sad, happy, etc too, like everyone else.

I'm just good at controlling my expressions. I am the master of controlling my emotions and reactions.

But it becomes a double-edged sword because it giving me a power to win any war without any weapon or without touching my enemies. But it kills me slowly too. It makes me bleeding inside.
